Laparoscopic Cryomyolysis (CML)

Cryomyolysis is a new endoscopic procedure offered as an alternative to hysterectomy for patients with fibroids.

The goal in creation of this procedure was to replicate the simplicity of electrocautery or laser laparoscopic myolysis but to reduce the potential for adhesion formation.  This is achieved by reducing the probe insertions to one.
